…you WON'T have the cake, flowers, food, beverages, limo, or decorations from your wedding. You WILL have photographs of these things, and — most importantly — of the people who celebrated with you that lovely day. These days, some couples want to cut their budget by having well-meaning friends or relatives take their wedding pictures and find out — too late to fix it! —that they get well-meaning but very disappointing results. For these reasons, we recommend KIEFFER IMAGES to give you the professional quality photographs you deserve and desire. We LOVE weddings!
Our specialty is a fresh photojournalistic style that captures fleeting and spontaneous moments that tell the unique story of your wedding. You may never have seen your family and friends as we will present them to you! While most of the pictures are natural and candid, we also create a complete set of traditional formal portraits. Our package is simple: We work for you, and we stay as long as you choose for a low
flat rate of $140 per hour, with a five hour minimum. You will receive all this:
EVERY PROOF! Every picture in our files will be given to you on an archival DVD. You'll be able to see them immediately on a computer or JPEG viewing DVD player, and print or have them printed at your convenience. You'll also be free to digitally enhance the pictures with a program such as Photoshop. With the DVD you'll get a Right to Print Release so photo labs will be happy to make pictures for you.
REHEARSAL AND DINNER COVERAGE! We will be there when the people closest to you gather on the eve of your big day to practice your wedding's choreography, and afterwards as you dine with your new blended family for the first time.
COMPLETE WEDDING COVERAGE! We like to begin the day about two hours before the ceremony in the bride or groom's dressing room (modest pictures only!) and stay with you throughout the preparations, ceremony, formal portraits, and location photography. We'll capture the scheduled elements of your reception (the entrance, toasts, cake cutting, tosses, and once-in-a-lifetime dances) plus the surprises! After the formal part of the day, it's a great time to get warm, natural pictures of your friends and families relaxing, getting to know each other and celebrating your joy.
GLOBAL SERVICE! Proofs will be posted on your own wedding website for 60 days. Family and friends around the world will be able to see them and order directly from Kieffer Images. You won’t have to haul proof books around, coordinate reprint orders, or handle other people’s money.

NOTES
Extra hours of photography can be added to our agreement any time before we leave because we only book one event per day. The extra hours fees are due when the proof DVD is delivered after the wedding.
We require a $500 retainer to reserve your day.
Additional copies of the proof DVD are $99. Fees are due when an order is placed.
We must collect Pennsylvania sales tax for all our services.
ENGAGEMENT PORTRAITS are made at least ten weeks before the ceremony. The session is fun and includes as many locations and clothing changes as you can fit into two hours. You will receive a disc with all the proofs for $229 (or $299 if you would like a highly recommended signature board) and a Right to Print Release so you can use the pictures for your invitations, shower, announcements or table decorations.
